1. About these terms
These terms apply to every purchase made on this website from KROSMELIA MARKETING LTD (company number 17537884), Office 2139, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, WV6 0SR, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them.
2. What we sell
- Plans (Starter, Pro, Agency): 30 days of access to the Krosmelia software from the date of purchase, with the features and AI credits described on the plan page.
- AI credit packs: prepaid units of AI usage (campaign analysis, winner detection, creative generation). Credit usage varies by task.
All purchases are one-off payments. Nothing renews automatically; to keep access after 30 days you need to make a new purchase.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment providers. The name shown on your bank statement is confirmed on the checkout page and in your order confirmation.
4. Your ad accounts and ad spend
Ad spend is not included. Meta and TikTok bill your advertising directly to your own ad accounts. You remain responsible for your campaigns, budgets and compliance with each platform's advertising policies. When you enable autopilot mode, the AI acts only within the limits and rules you set, and you can switch it off at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful, misleading or prohibited advertising, or try to access accounts you are not authorised to manage.
6. No guarantee of results
We provide software and AI-assisted recommendations. We do not guarantee any advertising performance, ROAS or revenue.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.
