Refund & cancellation policy

Your 14-day cancellation right

If you are a consumer in the UK, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from purchase to cancel a contract for digital services.

Access starts immediately

Plans and AI credits are made available as soon as payment is confirmed. At checkout you ask us to start immediately. If you cancel within 14 days:

• Plans: we refund the amount paid minus a proportionate amount for the days of access already provided.
• AI credits: we refund unused credits in full. Credits already used cannot be refunded.

How to cancel

Email [ADD SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and the email used at checkout. We process approved refunds within 14 days, to the original payment method.

Faults

If the service does not work as described, contact us and we will fix it or, where we cannot, refund you, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

No automatic renewal

Plans and credit packs are one-off payments and never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel to stop future charges.
